Warranty Terms
Thank you for shopping with us. We stand by the quality of our products and are pleased to offer the following manufacturer warranties:
Manufacturer Limited Warranty
- Drives: A 3-Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty is included with every drive purchased. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use.
- Pump Heads: A 1-Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty is included with each pump head. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use.
- The others: A 1-Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty is included.
What’s Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Failures under normal, intended use
- Replacement or repair at the manufacturer’s discretion
What’s Not Covered
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at [email protected]. Provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Product serial number (if applicable)
- Description and photo/video of the issue
Limitations
This is a limited warranty and does not cover any consequential or incidental damages. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Shipping Terms – DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means:
- We ship the product directly to your destination country.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
- Buyers are responsible for any applicable fees upon arrival in their country.
Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order. Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the shipment being returned or discarded, and any associated costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Replacements
We accept return within 30 days of the shipment. A small restocking fee, typically 10%-15%, will be applied to cover the cost of inspections and loss of the original packing material. Additional fees will apply if there are any components or accessories missing, or if the item is not in salable condition. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost for sending items in. We do not accept returns after 30 days of the shipment. Customer is not responsible for shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Customer can exchange an item for a similar model provided that the item is in unused and salable condition within 30 days of the shipment. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways. We will refund/charge for the price difference. The credit for the send-in item is evaluated the same way as returned item. We are not liable for any damages due to improper using or abusing (this includes disassembling a product in an attempt to fix the problem by yourself).
